A scoring systemYou know there's more to losing weight than just "eat less, exercise more." Are you getting the results you want? Are you losing weight and keeping it off? Here's something that can help. It's
a scoring system for you to use.
Go through this scoring system and add up what you are doing that's good. And what you're doing that's not so good. You'll be able to see where you could be doing better. And you'll be able to predict what kind of body you'll have in the end. What kind of body do you want?Are you "trying hard" but it's not working? It's time to
make some decisions about the kind of body that you want.
