What is the best weight loss plan for you?

You are overweight. You don't like it. So you need a weight loss plan that works. But which one?

I want to help you find what works for you.

I am going to show you what you need to know, and what you need to do, to find the best weight loss plan, and lose weight and keep it off.

Some of the things I show you will be familiar to you--but maybe you have forgotten them or dropped them out of your program. So they will be a reminder to get you back on track.

Other things will be new or different. They can help you change what you are doing and make it better.


Some things easy--some a little harder

Some things are easy. You should use anything you can to help you lose weight, right? So make sure you do all the easy things. Don't make it too hard. If there is something easy that will help you lose weight you want to make sure you do that, ok?

Some things are going to be a little harder. But I will help you figure out something that is not too hard for you. Your best weight loss plan has to be something that you actually can do.

The best weight loss plan for you--is what you can do, what you will do, to take off the weight and keep it off:

  • without starving yourself,
  • without feeling miserable,
  • and without making impossible goals that lead to failure.

It's all about success.

So that is the first thing to figure out: what is the best weight loss plan for you. Not for somebody else, but for you.

Where do you start?

Do you know what works? And what doesn't? In other words, what do you really know about weight loss?

You've been on diets before. Some of them worked for a while, but after you lost the weight it came right back.

And some of those diets didn't work at all. Why is that? They seemed to make sense at the time, right?

Why didn't they work like they were promised? Why don't diets work like they are supposed to? You know about weight loss, right? But what if everything you think you know about weight loss is wrong?

After all the things that didn't work, you need something that does work. What you need to do is find someone who can help you, someone you can count on. You need someone who you can believe what they say. But that's not so easy to find. Who do you listen to?

And maybe you've heard it before. You've been fooled before by people who made promises that didn't work out. You might have been tricked, or lied to. Then why should you listen to what I have to say?

And before you can decide what to do about it, there is a very basic question that you have to answer for yourself. What is the main thing that is stopping you from losing weight? What is the main thing that is stopping you from losing weight?

You have to answer it honestly for yourself. Because it will lead to everything else you are going to do. Really knowing and understanding this is the key to you losing weight and keeping it off.

And finally, perhaps the most basic--and most important--question of all. What is the solution to all of this?
