"How would you grade your weight loss success up to this point?"

Remember grades in school? Here's how the scores went:
- 90% was an A.
- 80% was a B.
- 70% was a C.
- 60% was a D.
- 50% was an F.
Well, it's the same way in weight loss. If you do 50% or worse you get an F.
And that's what you'll see in the mirror. Sorry, but that's just the way it is.
Salad is an A -- pie is an F
See, that's why it doesn't really matter that you had a salad for lunch. Salad is good. Salad is an A.
But then you had the bread sticks dipped in butter -- that's a D.
And the apple pie. With two scoops of ice cream. And caramel syrup. That's an F.
And you were scheduled to go to the gym, but instead you went home and watched reruns...
