We know that medications can lead to weight gain. Antidepressants are noted for this, particularly the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, like Prozac (fluoxetine) and Zoloft (sertraline.)

So, medications can make it more difficult, but do they make it impossible?
