My best advice for teenage weight loss

If you are a teenager and you have trouble with your weight, here is my best advice to you:

You should read every word on this website. Make sure you understand everything as you read it. And then read it again.

I have tried to make it simple to read. But if you find any words you don't know make sure you look them up in the dictionary. Otherwise you won't be able to follow it and it won't work.

Teenage weight loss can be very difficult. I know how hard it is. I had trouble with my weight when I was growing up. I was overweight as a teenager. It was miserable.

Keeping your weight down is not easy

  • You are surrounded by junk food.
  • All the food at the drive through is junk food.
  • All the food in the vending machines is junk food.
  • The food in the school cafeteria is junk food.

No wonder you have trouble with your weight.

But if you read this website you are going to learn what you can do to lose weight. Once you read it you will understand what is going on and what you need to do. It will help you more than you can imagine.

It will take some time for you to do this. I know that. But it is worth it. If you don't you will probably be overweight the rest of your life. And you don't want that.


You'be been given bad advice

I know one thing for sure. You have been given bad advice about what to eat and how to lose weight. It is hard to know what is true and who to believe.

Most of what you read is lies made up to fool you and take your money. Things like "lose 12 pounds in one week" and all of that. Those are just lies made up to fool you.

Most of the advice you get from family and friends is wrong. They just don't know anything about what it really takes to lose weight. They might mean well but they just don't know what they are talking about.

I know that for a fact. I talk to people every day about weight loss, and I almost never find anybody that has the slightest idea what it takes to lose weight.

The amount of wrong information that people have is amazing. You probably hear more wrong information about weight loss than about any other subject.

On this one website you can find everything you need to know about losing weight. It is all true. I am a medical doctor and I checked everything out and I know that it is true and I know that it works. I am not trying to fool you.

I will not tell you a bunch of lies. And I will not tell you something is easy when it isn't. I just tell you the facts. I just lay them out there. If you do what it says here you can lose weight and you can keep it off.

  • You can have a body you can be proud of.
  • You can finally be happy with the way you look.
  • You can stop being embarrassed.
  • You can wear the clothes you like. And you'll look good in them.
