I have a history of Migraines but I was drinking Slim Fast to replace a meal & after eight days on it I experience 2 horrible Migraines during the night two nights in a row. First night all night it was severe pain behind my right eye. Next night just one side of head.I HAVE 12 BOTTLES SITTING IN FRIDGE READY TO THROW AWAY AS i NEVER ONCE IN ALL MY YEARS OF MIGRAINES HAD ANY LIKE THIS. I did lose 5 lbs.Was not worth it.Sq
