I have used slim fast to loose 80 pounds and when I got off slim a was always hungry and had gained 8 pounds so went back and now I don't have the hunger I had . I still take the drink at least once a day and have lost 8 pounds and the best thing is I heardly ever get ravishingly hungry ci
