Schlotzsky's Deli

My husband and I work together and moved our office to a location that is across the street from a Schlotzsky's Deli in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We thought this was great because we could walk to a sandwich restaurant on our lunch hour. The sandwiches are on sourdough buns with melted cheese and served warm. You can order any size sandwich you want and they serve a large variety of different sandwiches. After eating there for a month we realized our clothes were fitting a little tight. The sandwiches are deceptive. They look like a healthy meal but are packed with calories. We became addicted, but have decided to cut back to once a week.
