Moderate balanced diet one of the best plans

by Nelson Minns

I was beginning to drastically gain weight when I joined my present job due to odd work hours and unbalanced diet.

I tried to do regular work-outs, basic exercises, etc., but due to my busy schedule and lazy nature, I could not keep up with my plan.

A friend of mine suggested that I try out a moderate balanced diet. This diet plan meant that I could eat the foods that I consumed regularly but on a limited scale. This way I got to eat what I like and still stay fit.

My meals usually included a moderate amount of carbohydrate and protein and leafy vegetables. Once or twice a week, I would also include fried foods too.

I also avoided having too much coffee and substituted that with fruit juice.

This routine combined with an early morning walk began to show amazing results within a month. I started losing weight in a controlled manner.

I think this is one of the best diet plans for someone who is just thinking of losing that extra flab. However if you manage to put in a little extra effort to do your regular work-out, then you can surely tone your body into a great shape.

Remember to eat sufficient amount of food-just enough to quench your hunger till the next meal. Drink lots of water regularly.

Always have a positive outlook towards your appearance. Remember, no matter who says what about you, you are perfect just the way you are.

Nelson,

I like your idea of walking early in the morning. Getting some fresh air in your lungs and seeing the world around you is a good way to start your day.
