Flat belly with Flat Belly Diet

The Flat Belly Diet worked for me. I used it one time when I was injured and couldn't exercise.

I am a fitness freak and almost always I have tried and maintained a healthy and fit body.

I used to jog and do many floor exercises regularly. I am a reasonably good tennis player also.

A few years back I met with an accident in which I suffered a fracture in my thigh bone. I was hospitalized for 3 months.

After I got back home, I was advised not to do any physical exercise for at least a month.

During that period, I added almost 10 kilos and I simply could not control this.

I tried to reduce my intake of food to reduce a little but to no avail. I started getting desperate and depressed.

One day when I was browsing through the internet, I came across the weight reduction program 'Flat Belly Diet'.

I was very impressed by the suggestions made in the program. I decided to give it a try because all I needed to do was follow their diet pattern for a period of 32 days and there was no exercise involved.

The program basically suggests the intake of food that is low on calories and high on mono-unsaturated fat.

The program explains in detail about the two types of fat contents in our body. The subcutaneous fat that lies under the skin and the visceral fat which accumulates around the important organs of the body.

The program also suggests eating less sugar and refined carbohydrates. Instead, intake of complex carbohydrates and lean meat is recommended.

I followed the suggestions for nearly 25 days and to my surprise I weighed about 6 kilos less than when I started this diet regime.

I was so happy and impressed with the program that I even recommended it to a few friends.

By the time I was ready to do my physical exercises normally, I had got back in shape and had a flat belly.
