Flat Belly Diet

The flat belly diet starts out with a 4 days jump-start. Your calories are limited and you have to drink 8 glasses of Sassy water, which is ginger, lemon, mint leaves and cucumber in water.

The first day was a breeze, day 2 and 3 were pretty tough but day 4 was a relief because that meant the jump start was over.

I lost 6 lbs during the jump start. Those results made me want to continue with it.

The amazing thing about the Flat Belly Diet is that they tell you exactly what to eat, they have daily menus. They do allow you to switch a meal out for one close in caloric value.

I love that about the diet because there is no guess work. They lay it all out for you.

I followed the diet for 20 days and lost 15 lbs. The bloat that had been haunting me for months was gone.

Then the holidays happened and I fell of track. I'm starting it up again tomorrow and I can't wait. I'd definitely recommend this diet.
