Life changing diet

The Eat Clean Diet was definitely a life changing experience in dieting after having tried countless other ways to lose weight. I decided to try it because after much research it seemed a healthier diet option and I found it to be a big triumph for me.

The diet is very simple in that you eat natural and whole foods such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, tuna and salmon.

Natural diet

Your aim is to eat natural foods and to avoid processed foods. For example you would choose honey or agave over sugar, and oatmeal instead of rice krispies.

It was difficult in the beginning as I mostly ate processed food and sugar before and lots of fast food.

Preparing healthy meals

With the Eat Clean Diet you have to cook and prepare your meals as well as become accustomed to eating three to four small meals a day.

I always walked with a cooler of fresh fruit and truthfully I was never hungry as I was eating often.

Soon I became adjusted to eating that way and even on date nights I would order something which was part of my diet such as a fresh salad with chicken breast.

Lost weight, improved health

After three weeks on this diet I not only dropped several pounds but my skin was glowing and I felt healthier physically.

I would really recommend this to anyone who is tired and feels hopeless. This diet works and it is a worthwhile lifestyle change.
