Estimate Your Body Fat With This Calculator And A Measuring Tape

This calculator uses the United States Navy circumference method. All you need is a tape measure.

  1. First, measure your height. This should be without shoes.
  2. Second, measure your neck. Measure just below the Adam's apple.
  3. Third, measure your waist. For men you measure at the navel. For women just measure the narrowest point.
  4. For women only, you also measure the hips. Just measure at the largest point.
