Body Fat Calculator
Here is a calculator that will estimate your body fatThis calculator uses the United States Navy circumference method. All you need is a tape measure. First, measure your height. This should be without shoes. Second, measure your neck. Measure just below the Adam's apple. Third, measure your waist. For men you measure at the navel. For women just measure the narrowest point. For women only, you also measure the hips. Just measure at the largest point.
So what should your body fat be?First, whatever it is, the important thing is that it is getting better over time. Here are the levels recommended by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition:

So how did you do? Not so good? Don't worry...it will get better! At least now you know where you are. That's a start. Stick with your program and you'll see that body fat start to fall away. You are going to look and feel great!
