Best Exercise -- Yoga And Tae Bo

I am a fitness freak. I love to exercise almost everyday. I started doing this when I was 20 years old and now I am 31 years old and still I am exercising.

It's especially important now that I am married and I have kids, and of course women's bodies will change after they get married and have kids.

Before I was doing yoga. Now I am using the wii fit balance board doing the aerobics, balance game board, toning my body and correcting my posture. But that is not enough for me coz I am looking an exercise that I can really burn out big time calories and sweat out.

So now for a change I am doing Tae Bo exercise by Billy Blanks. Every morning after getting out from bed I do my exercise. I exercise about 45 minsutes every day except Sunday. I do not exercise Sunday coz it is the sabbath day and I need my body to rest and recuperate.

I do a lot of kicking, punching and crunching. I want to have a flat belly, a firm and toned butt, and a nice leg shape. I like this exercise coz it really, really helps me burn a lot of calories everyday.
